Custom Cake Order Terms & Agreement

By placing an order, the customer agrees to the following Terms and Conditions:

Payment & Order Confirmation

  • Orders are not considered confirmed until payment and/or deposit has been received.

  • Custom orders require advance planning and preparation; therefore, all sales are subject to the policies below.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup date and time are non-refundable.

  • Any deposits or payments made for orders canceled within 48 hours of pickup will be forfeited.

  • Refund requests for cancellations made more than 48 hours before pickup may be considered at the sole discretion of the baker.

Pickup & Customer Responsibility

  • Once the cake has been picked up, delivered, or otherwise leaves the baker's possession, responsibility for the cake transfers to the customer.

  • Refunds, replacements, or credits will not be provided for damage or issues occurring after the cake leaves the baker's supervision, including but not limited to:

    • Transportation or handling damage

    • Improper storage

    • Exposure to heat, cold, humidity, or other environmental conditions

    • Accidental damage by the customer or third parties

Design & Quality

  • Every effort will be made to match requested designs, colors, and decorations; however, slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of custom cakes. The baker reserves the right to make minor design adjustments when necessary.

  • Customers are encouraged to inspect their order at pickup. Once the cake has been accepted and leaves the baker's possession, no refunds, replacements, or credits will be provided based on personal preferences regarding taste, texture, color, design, or decoration. Any concerns regarding order accuracy must be brought to the baker's attention at the time of pickup.

           If there is an issue with the bake, flavor, or texture, a partial refund can be discussed.

Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order and submitting payment, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Agreement.
